Mugful Chocolate Cake

2 T. powdered chocolate peanut butter
1 T. cocoa powder
2 T. warm water
1 large egg white
1 t. canola oil
1 t. vanilla
1 t. agave nectar
½ t. baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 T. whipped cream
½ mashed banana, optional

1. Spray inside of microwave safe mug with PAM.
2. Combine powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, water, egg white, canola oil, vanilla, agave nectar, baking powder and salt. If you want the banana, add here. Mix well.
3. Pour into mug.
4. Microwave 90 seconds or until done in center.
5. Serve warm with whipped topping.
