Good Morning Foodies! Can’t say this New Year is starting off so well. My computer has been down all morning. I feel like a Greyhound Bus ran over me. Being Sick, Sucks! I am suppose to start my little catering thing today, for 5 days. Was wondering ,if I could get away with POTTED MEAT AND VIENNA SAUSAGES. I remember when this was fine dining in my younger days! All during the holidays, been trying to figure out how to jump off that fiscal cliff gracefully. Still trying to figure out if we jumped or not! Watching Congress is like watching kids on a playground—nobody wants to give but everyone wants to take!!! Speaking as a non-profit blogger, saw this statement and thought that sure fits the world today: PUBLIC NOTICE—Due to recent budget cuts, the rising cost of electricity, gas and oil, plus the current state of the economy, the LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL HAS BEEN TURNED OFF!—GEEZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
