Luscious Lava Flow

Ingredients

1 oz. coconut syrup
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 ½ oz. rum
Splash of vanilla ice cream or ice milk
½ c. ice cubes
1 ½-oz. strawberry puree
Whole strawberries, garnish
Mint leaf, garnish

Instructions

Blend coconut syrup, pineapple juice, rum, ice cream and ice cubes in blender.
Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with puree, whole strawberry and mint leaf.
