Alice’s Cheese-Crawfish Stuffed Puff Pastry
Good Morning Foodies! When you look at today’s menu you will see LIMONCELLO in two of the items. I am not a big “after dinner drink” sort of person but if you put a chilled glass of excellent LIMONCELLO in front of me—move out the way. My friend, SUZIE DARBONNE, made a big batch of the divine beverage and brought a bottle to me. Hers is one of the best I have ever had. I used her LIMONCELLO to make my LIMONCELLO CHEESECAKE SQUARES—DIED AND WENT TO HEAVEN! I really don’t think she made her batches big enough—JUST A LITTLE FOOD FOR THOUGHT, SUZIE! I think she could put up a “LIMONCELLO STAND” in her neighborhood and sell it by the glass. The same concept as a “LEMONADE STAND”, I would think. She would make a killing with this beverage. If you don’t want to make it, you can buy it. Just keep it in your freezer and you have an instant, beautiful after dinner drink!!! Your guests will love you!
The CHEESE-CRAWFISH STUFFED PUFF PASTRY is a wonderful appetizer. It is quite impressive and your guest/family will be awed by you. I make several and freeze them. A good little thing to have with the upcoming holidays.
Tomorrow is the 47th BIG ANNIVERSARY—I THINK I WILL GO POUR MYSELF A LITTLE LIMONCELLO, PUT MY FEET UP AND THINK OF WHAT EVENTS TO PLAN FOR TOMORROW!
