Irresistible Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, rough cut into 1” cubes
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
3 c. shredded or diced cooked chicken breasts
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. Tabasco or favorite hot sauce
1 c. plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
½ c. thinly sliced green onions
1 T. Ranch Dressing dry mix
Toppings: extra bleu cheese, thinly-sliced green onions, chopped celery, drizzle of hot sauce

  1. Spray inside of CROCK POT with PAM.
  2. Add all ingredients into bowl of CROCK POT. Stir to mix well.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 -2 hours or until cheese is melted or on LOW for 3-4 hours.
  4. Give dip a good final stir and transfer to serving bowl and garnish with extra bleu cheese, green onions.
  5. Serve with chips and dippers.
