Irresistible Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip
IRRESISTIBLE CROCK POT BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, rough cut into 1” cubes
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
3 c. shredded or diced cooked chicken breasts
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. Tabasco or favorite hot sauce
1 c. plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
½ c. thinly sliced green onions
1 T. Ranch Dressing dry mix
Toppings: extra bleu cheese, thinly-sliced green onions, chopped celery, drizzle of hot sauce
- Spray inside of CROCK POT with PAM.
- Add all ingredients into bowl of CROCK POT. Stir to mix well.
- Cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 -2 hours or until cheese is melted or on LOW for 3-4 hours.
- Give dip a good final stir and transfer to serving bowl and garnish with extra bleu cheese, green onions.
- Serve with chips and dippers.
