
Icy Mint Julep

ICY MINT JULEP
6 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
1 t. sugar
Shaved ice
2 ½ oz. bourbon whiskey
Lemon slice, for garnish
Orange slice, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Place mint leaves, sugar and splash of water in silver julep cup or 12 oz. Tom Collins glass.
- Muddle mint, sugar and water together with tip of handle of wooden spoon.
- Fill glass with shaved ice, add bourbon and stir until combined.
- Garnish with lemon or orange slice, a cherry and few sprigs of mint.
