Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 c. good quality mayo
- ½ c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. honey
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- ½ c. minced onion
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. chopped fresh parsley
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in processor or blender until smooth.
- Taste for seasoning.
- Refrigerate in covered jar.
