Grilled Rib Eyes with Sauces

  • Ribeyes or steak that you like (number for your family)
  • Salt
  • Red/Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  1. Season steaks to your taste. Let sit at room temperature 1 hour before grilling.
  2. Grill to your desired temperature.
  3. I baste during the cooking time with the Lemon Butter Sauce.
  4. When I serve steaks, I serve my Famous BBQ Sauce on the steak.

Recipe By:
  • 2 sticks butter or oleo
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 T. red pepper
  • 1 T. black pepper
  • 2 T. salt
  • 2 T. garlic powder
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. yellow mustard
  • ½ c. Lea and Perrins
  • ¼ c. Tabasco
  • 1 ½ c. white vinegar
  • 1 ½ c. bottled lemon juice
  • 2 (28-oz.) bottles Heinz catsup
  1. Melt butter and add onions and sauté until soft.
  2. Stir in peppers, salt and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Add sugar and mustard and blend well. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add Lea and Perrins, Tabasco, vinegar and lemon juice.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Slowly add catsup and stir to mix.
  7. Let it come to a boil and then let simmer for 10-12 minutes.
