Good Morning Foodies! I know I don’t normally post on Fridays but my sweet neighbor, brought me another kitchen gadget. I thought I would share this with you. It is a stainless steel MEAT TENDERIZER. It has 48 stainless steel knives in the device. It helps tenderize meats, helps marinades absorb in as little as 5 minutes and reduces cooking time by 40%. When I first looke…d at it, it reminded me of those old, VEGGIE MATICS—do any of you remember those things! I remember, Hubby, giving me that for Mother’s day, in the early 70’s. I asked him if it came with the 13 gorillas needed to push it down. Needless, to say, it was a bust, but this device is fabulous. I am thinking if it doesn’t work-I might try it on my head!
