Fresh Herbs Frozen in Your Favorite Plain or Flavored Olive Oils
I did not write a recipe for this but if you read today’s story blog, the process is in the story. If not, very simple, cut fresh herbs, place in ice cube trays, pour your favorite olive oil over the herbs, freeze, remove from trays and place in zip-lock bags and label and place in freezer until needed. Then you simply defrost in the skillet, etc. for the dish you are using it for.
