Fancy But Classic Wedge Salad

FANCY BUT CLASSIC WEDGE SALAD
1 head of Iceberg Lettuce, outer leaves and stem removed, wedged into 4 pieces
1 c. your favorite Bleu Cheese dressing
4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 c. cherry tomatoes, diced
1 T. diced fresh chives
¼ c. Bleu Cheese, crumbled

1. Plate wedges of lettuce on four plates.
2. Drizzle the wedges evenly with dressing.
3. Sprinkle wedges with bacon, tomatoes, chives and crumbles.
4. Serve.
