Easy Marinated Crab Claws

2 lbs. cooked crab claws
2 (7-oz.) pkgs. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 c. good quality olive oil
½ c. white wine vinegar
½ c. soy sauce
¼ c. minced garlic
Black pepper, sea salt

1. Mix all the ingredients except claws in a plastic zip-lock bag. Taste for seasoning.
2. Place the cooked claws in the marinade.
3. Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight. Turning occasionally.
4. Drain the marinade and place claws on lettuce lined serving platter.
