EASIEST SHRIMP AND ARTICHOKE DIP
Recipe By:
Ingredients
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 6 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 lbs. small shrimp (or if medium, cut into pieces)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, red/black pepper
  • 3 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped bite size
  • 2 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
  • ½ c. hot mayo
  • Tabasco to taste
  • Paprika
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Season shrimp with salt, red/black pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Saute shrimp in the skillet until they turn pink.
  4. Drain the shrimp from the skillet.
  5. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with the chopped onion, bell peppers, celery, parsley and artichoke hearts.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add the cheese and mayo.
  8. Taste for seasoning. If you like it a little spicier, add some Tabasco.
  9. Place in a baking dish sprayed with PAM.
  10. Sprinkle top with paprika.
  11. Bake at 350 for 45 minute4s or until golden brown
Notes
*****You can also add additional grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
