2 lbs. small shrimp (or if medium, cut into pieces)
Olive oil
Salt, red/black pepper
3 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped bite size
2 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
½ c. hot mayo
Tabasco to taste
Paprika
Instructions
In a skillet, drizzle with olive oil.
Season shrimp with salt, red/black pepper and garlic powder.
Saute shrimp in the skillet until they turn pink.
Drain the shrimp from the skillet.
In a bowl, combine the shrimp with the chopped onion, bell peppers, celery, parsley and artichoke hearts.
Mix well.
Add the cheese and mayo.
Taste for seasoning. If you like it a little spicier, add some Tabasco.
Place in a baking dish sprayed with PAM.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 45 minute4s or until golden brown

*****You can also add additional grated parmesan cheese on top before baking. This recipe was given to me by my friend, CYNTHIA LORMAND. I just tweaked it a bit.
