Double-Dipped Strawberries
Ingredients
- 1 pt. nice large strawberries (about 10-12), washed and well dried
- 4 squares Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 8 Oreo Cookies, coarsely crushed, about 1 c.
Instructions
- Dip berries in melted chocolate.
- Roll in cookie crumbs.
- Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
- Let stand until chocolate is firm.
- Keep refrigerated.
Notes
*****You can substitute white chocolate or add it to the chocolate, so that you have 2 colors. You can melt chocolate in microwave. Place 1 square at a time and put on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds or until chocolate is almost melted. The square will retain its shape. After completely melted, add 10 sec. for each additional square, stirring every 30 seconds. You can also change up cookie crumb selection.
