Delicious Chocolate Marshmallow Bars
DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW BARS

3 (5.3-oz) boxes shortbread cookies
1 stick butter, melted
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sweetened shredded coconut
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 c. mini marshmallows
- Preheat oven 375. Line 9” square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 2” overhang on all sides. Spray paper with PAM.
- Pulse cookies in food processor until finely ground.
- Drizzle in melted butter and pulse until crumbs are completely coated.
- Press mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan.
- Pour condensed milk over top and gently spread to edges with back of a spoon.
- Mix together shredded coconut, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Place on top of crumb mixture and press down gently with your hands.
- Bake until golden brown around edges and beginning to pull away from pan, 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool in pan for 3 hours.
- Use the parchment overhang to lift bars out of pan.
- Slice into bars with serrated knife.
