Crunchy Spicy Shrimp Salsa

CRUNCHY SPICY SHRIMP SALSA
1 lb. boiled shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
½ red onion chopped
4 radishes, chopped
¼ c. minced fresh cilantro
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
1-2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and minced
Sea salt, black pepper
Chips

  1. In bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well and taste for seasoning.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Serve with chips.
    *Great served over grilled fish or chicken.
