CRUNCHY SPICY SHRIMP SALSA
1 lb. boiled shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
½ red onion chopped
4 radishes, chopped
¼ c. minced fresh cilantro
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
1-2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and minced
Sea salt, black pepper
- In bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well and taste for seasoning.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with chips.
*Great served over grilled fish or chicken.
