Crunchy Air-Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

CRUNCHY AIR FRYER BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES
1 large head cauliflower, cut into 1-2” florets
8 T. melted butter
½ c. your favorite Wing Sauce, plus more for dipping
1 ½ c. breadcrumbs
Salt/black pepper to taste
1 c. Ranch dressing, for dipping

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to lowest temp and then turn it off or just keep it warm.
  2. Place florets in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In small bowl, mix melted butter and wing sauce and pour over florets. Mix well.
  4. In separate large bowl or plastic bag, combine breadcrumbs and salt/pepper, as needed.
  5. Place the florets in the breadcrumb mixture. Toss or shake to coat the florets.
  6. Transfer half of florets to air fryer, use bottom and upper racks to avoid overcrowding.
  7. Se the air fryer to 350 and cook 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through, not mushy.
  8. Place cooked florets on sheet pan in oven to keep warm. Continue cooking remaining florets.
  9. BUFFALO RANCH DIPPING SAUCE. Add the desired amount of WING SAUCE to RANCH DRESSING, to taste. Serve the florets with dipping sauce.
