Crunchy Air-Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
CRUNCHY AIR FRYER BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES
1 large head cauliflower, cut into 1-2” florets
8 T. melted butter
½ c. your favorite Wing Sauce, plus more for dipping
1 ½ c. breadcrumbs
Salt/black pepper to taste
1 c. Ranch dressing, for dipping
- Preheat Air Fryer to lowest temp and then turn it off or just keep it warm.
- Place florets in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- In small bowl, mix melted butter and wing sauce and pour over florets. Mix well.
- In separate large bowl or plastic bag, combine breadcrumbs and salt/pepper, as needed.
- Place the florets in the breadcrumb mixture. Toss or shake to coat the florets.
- Transfer half of florets to air fryer, use bottom and upper racks to avoid overcrowding.
- Se the air fryer to 350 and cook 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through, not mushy.
- Place cooked florets on sheet pan in oven to keep warm. Continue cooking remaining florets.
- BUFFALO RANCH DIPPING SAUCE. Add the desired amount of WING SAUCE to RANCH DRESSING, to taste. Serve the florets with dipping sauce.
