Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
CRISPY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
4 c. crispy chocolate rice cereal, or your favorite cereal or mixture of cereals
½ c. light brown sugar
½ c. light corn syrup
½ c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- Place cereal in a bowl.
- In saucepan, combine sugar and syrup and bring to boil.
- Boil for 1 minute, turn off heat.
- Stir in peanut butter then pour it over the cereal and stir immediately to combine and coat
- Press into greased mini muffin tins (need enough for about 3 dozen balls) and let cool to set for 15-20 minutes.
- Pop out and store at room temp.
