Cooling Cucumber-Lime Tequila Tonic

COOLING CUCUMBER-LIME TEQUILA TONIC
2 c. chopped English cucumbers
½ c. mint leaves
1/3 c. agave nectar
¼ c. cilantro leaves
1 lime, sectioned and juiced
Dash of salt
½ c. tequila blanco
¾ c. chilled tonic water
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Scrape mixture into a bowl.
- Stir in tequila.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Strain.
- Stir in tonic water.
- Serve over ice.
