Cool as a Cucumber Beverage
Ingredients
- ½ c. fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 oz. Cucumber Water
- Ice
- 1 oz. chilled club soda
- 4 thin cucumber slices
Instructions
- In cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple chunks, juice and Simple Syrup.
- Add Cucumber water and ice.
- Shake well.
- Pour into tall glass and top with soda and cucumber slices.
