Chocolate Nutty Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cocoa
- ⅔ c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ c. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts, plus more to sprinkle on top
- 1 can of milk chocolate icing or use your favorite chocolate icing
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except icing in a bowl.
- Mix together with a spatula, not a mixer. Do not overbeat.
- Grease a 13”x9” baking pan.
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes. Do not over bake.
- Spread icing over the warm brownies and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
