Chocolate Nutty Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. cocoa
  • ⅔ c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ c. flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts, plus more to sprinkle on top
  • 1 can of milk chocolate icing or use your favorite chocolate icing
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients except icing in a bowl.
  2. Mix together with a spatula, not a mixer. Do not overbeat.
  3. Grease a 13”x9” baking pan.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes. Do not over bake.
  6. Spread icing over the warm brownies and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans.
  7. Let cool and cut into squares.
Notes
*****You can change up your nut selection as well as icings.
