Chilling Boo-Nana Pops
3 bananas, peeled
6 ice cream sticks or wooden skewers
½-1 c. white chocolate chips
1 ½ t. vegetable oil
12 mini semisweet chocolate chips
1. Line baking sheet with waxed paper.
2. Cut each banana in half so that you have 6 pieces.
3. Insert stick halfway into each banana. Place on baking sheet and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
4. Stir white chocolate chips and oil in saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
5. Remove bananas from freezer.
6. Spoon chocolate mixture over the bananas while holding over the saucepan.
7. Immediately add the mini chips for the eyes and return to baking sheet and freeze for another hour or until firm.
8. Serve when frozen or store in airtight container in freezer.
