CHILLIN’ COOLIN’ MELON DELIGHT
3 oz. Three Roll Estate Vodka
2 ozs. Watermelon Syrup (recipe below)
1 ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Cocchi Rosa aperitivo
½ oz. Chareau Aloe Liqueur
3 oz. club soda
Cucumber roses, garnish
WATERMELON SYRUP:
1 c. fresh watermelon juice
1 c. sugar
- Add ice to 2 Collins Glasses.
- In cocktail shaker, combine vodka, WATERMELON SYRUP, lemon juice, Cocchi Rosa and Chareau.
- Add ice.
- Cover and shake until cold.
- Strain vodka mixture into prepared glasses and top with club soda.
- Garnish with cucumber roses, if desired.
- WATERMELON SYRUP: In small bowl, whisk together watermelon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
- CUCUMBER ROSES: Using a “Y”-shaped vegetable peeler, peel two long strips of cucumber. Stack cucumber strips and coil into a rose shape. Secure with toothpick.
