Instructions
- c. of fresh broccoli florets (about 4 heads) or you can use the fresh broccoli in the steamer bags
- c. chopped onion mix
- T. minced garlic
- Salt
- (10 ΒΎ-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- c. fat free sour cream or greek yogurt
- large egg
- Β½ c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- c. crushed Ritz crackers, divided
- ΒΌ c. butter, melted
