Ingredients
  • 1 slice Canadian bacon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 2 frozen Multi-grain waffles
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sliced tomato
Instructions
  1. In nonstick skillet, coat with PAM.
  2. Cook the bacon over medium heat, 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
  3. Remove and keep warm.
  4. In bowl, whisk egg and green onion and add to skillet.
  5. Cook and stir egg until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Prepare waffles according to pkg. directions.
  8. Place one waffle on plate.
  9. Top with bacon, scrambled egg, sprinkle with cheese and top with sliced tomato.
  10. Top with remaining waffle.
Notes
*****Optional, you can butter each side of waffle if needed.
