4 c. vegetable oil
2 2/3 c. OJ
16 eggs
4 (15-oz.) cans pumpkin
8 t. baking soda
4 t. salt
2 T. ground nutmeg
2 T. ground cinnamon
2 T. vanilla
BEAT TOGETHER UNTIL WELL MIXED.
ADD:
12 c. sugar
BEAT UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
ADD:
2 (1 lb.) bag chopped pecans
1 (20-oz.) carton raisins
2 (8-oz.) pkgs. chopped dates
BEAT UNTIL MIXED.
ADD:
14 c. all-purpose flour
BEAT UNTIL WELL MIXED. SPRAY PAM IN LOAF PANS ABOUT ½ WAY UP. BAKE AT 325 FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR OR UNTIL CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN WHEN INSERTED WITH TOOTHPICK.
LET COOL. WRAP WITH FOIL AND FREEZE UNTIL NEEDED.
*****DOUBLE BATCH EACH TIME AND MAKES 16 LOAVES. MAKE 7 BATCHES AND GOT ABOUT 125 LOAVES.
