Sis’s Yam Casserole

SIS’S YAM CASSEROLE
CASSEROLE:
2 (30-oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 ¼ c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
TOPPING:
2 c. chopped pecans
2/3 stick butter
2 c. light brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
- Mix all the casserole ingredients and put in a greased baking dish.
- Mix all the topping ingredients and spread evenly over the casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
