Amazing Air-Fried Buffalo Wings with Bleu Cheese Dip

AMAZING AIR-FRIED BUFFALO WINGS WITH BLUE CHEESE DIP
BUFFALO WINGS:
12 pieces chicken wing portions (mixture of drumettes and wings)
6 T. Tabasco
2 T. white vinegar
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. garlic powder
Kosher salt/black pepper to taste
Celery/Carrot Sticks for dipping or favorite chips/crackers
BLUE CHEESE DIP:
¼ c. crumbled blue cheese
1/3 c. Greek yogurt
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. white vinegar

  1. BUFFALO WINGS: In bowl, combine chicken with 1 T. Tabasco, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.
  2. BLUE CHEESE DIP: In bowl, mash blue cheese and yogurt together with fork. Stir in lemon juice and vinegar until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Preheat AIR FRYER to 400.
  4. Working in batches, arrange single layer of chicken in basket. Cook 22 minutes, flip halfway, until crispy, browned and cooked through.
  5. Transfer to large clean bowl. When all batches are done, return all chicken to AIR FRYER and cook 1 minute to heat through.
  6. Return chicken to bowl and toss with remaining 5 T. Tabasco to coat.
  7. Arrange on platter with veggies, chips or crackers and blue cheese dip.
    *If you do not like your food to spicy, cut back on Tabasco.
