Amazing Air-Fried Buffalo Wings with Bleu Cheese Dip
AMAZING AIR-FRIED BUFFALO WINGS WITH BLUE CHEESE DIP
BUFFALO WINGS:
12 pieces chicken wing portions (mixture of drumettes and wings)
6 T. Tabasco
2 T. white vinegar
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. garlic powder
Kosher salt/black pepper to taste
Celery/Carrot Sticks for dipping or favorite chips/crackers
BLUE CHEESE DIP:
¼ c. crumbled blue cheese
1/3 c. Greek yogurt
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. white vinegar
- BUFFALO WINGS: In bowl, combine chicken with 1 T. Tabasco, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.
- BLUE CHEESE DIP: In bowl, mash blue cheese and yogurt together with fork. Stir in lemon juice and vinegar until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat AIR FRYER to 400.
- Working in batches, arrange single layer of chicken in basket. Cook 22 minutes, flip halfway, until crispy, browned and cooked through.
- Transfer to large clean bowl. When all batches are done, return all chicken to AIR FRYER and cook 1 minute to heat through.
- Return chicken to bowl and toss with remaining 5 T. Tabasco to coat.
- Arrange on platter with veggies, chips or crackers and blue cheese dip.
*If you do not like your food to spicy, cut back on Tabasco.
