Flavorful Baked Brie Bites

24 frozen mini phyllo pastry shells, thawed
3 oz. Brie cheese, rind removed
2 T. red pepper jelly
24 toasted pecans
1 t. sea salt

1. Preheat oven 350.
2. Arrange pastry shells on rimmed baking sheet.
3. Cut brie into 24 very small pieces.
4. Spoon ¼ t. of jelly into each shell.
5. Top evenly with Brie pieces and pecans.
6. Bake until cheese is melted, 6-8 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with salt, serve immediately.
