Chilling Ramos Gin Fizz

2 oz. gin
1 T. Simple Syrup (homemade or store bought)
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
1 egg white
1 oz. heavy whipping cream
3 drops orange flower water
2 oz. club soda, chilled

1. In empty cocktail shaker, combine gin, Simple Syrup, juices, egg white, cream and orange flower water. Shake vigorously for 3 minutes.
2. Add ice to shaker and shake again for 2 minutes.
3. In tall glass, add soda and strain gin mixture into the glass.
