Today’s I am sharing two products I found recently at FRESH MARKET in Lafayette, LA. The first is called FIORETTO. This is a new cauliflower variety that offers a sweet, nutty flavor and is best enjoyed grilled, sautéed or roasted. I roasted mine and it does have a very unique flavor that I truly loved.
Second, are the cutest little tomatoes I have ever seen. They are called SPRINKLES-THE TINY MIGHTY TOMATOES. They are smaller than marbles but the flavor is huge. I really enjoyed incorporating these marvels in so many dishes like salads, frittatas, pastas or just to pop in my mouth! You will love these little gems!
I am not sure if these two items are seasonal but wanted to put it out there now so you can try them. I think you will love them!
