Wonderful Broccoli-Chicken Stuffed Pasta Shells
1 (16-oz.) jar good quality store-bought Alfredo sauce or homemade
2 c. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c. shredded parmesan cheese
21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
1. In large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, broccoli, chicken and cheeses.
2. Spoon mixture into pasta shells.
3. Place in greased 13×9” baking dish.
4. Cover with foil and bake 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
*****You can change up veggies and cheeses. Also use turkey, seafood or meats instead of chicken.
