Zippy Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 lb. haricots verts (tiny green beans), trimmed
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder to taste
- 4 t. Dijon mustard
- 2 T. Apple Cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix the olive oil, mustard, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Pour over the trimmed green beans. Toss well.
- Add seasoning and mix again.
- Spread in a single layer on a 15x11” baking sheet sprayed with PAM.
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Stirring once or twice during cooking process.
Notes
*****You can pour the marinade over the beans and refrigerate for 24 hours before cooking.
