Zesty, Zangy Noodles

ZESTY, ZANGY ZOODLES
2 (12-oz.) carton of zucchini zoodles
1 (8-oz.) carton fresh pico de gallo
1 (12-oz.) bottle Joey’s Creamy Lemon-Lime Caesar Dressing or your favorite tangy type of dressing
Olive oil
Salt, black pepper

  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. Spray a large baking sheet with PAM.
  3. Spread the zucchini noodles over the baking pan.
  4. Mix in the pico.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the top and mix well.
  7. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender/crispy.
    *You can serve with a little grated favorite cheese, add your favorite cooked meat, chicken or seafood. It is good with your favorite marinara sauce added.
