Zesty Bloody Maria
Ingredients
- 8 oz. tequila
- 4 c. V-8 Vegetable Juice or tomato juice, chilled
- ½ c. fresh lime juice
- 1-2 T. juice from pickled jalapeno slices
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco, to taste
- ½ t. celery salt
- ½ t. black pepper
- 1 T. prepared horseradish
- Pickled jalapeno slices, cubes of Pepper Jack Cheese, lime wedges, garnishes
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the horseradish in a 3 qt. pitcher.
- Stir in horseradish.
- Taste for seasoning.
- Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with jalapeno slices, cheese cubes on a toothpick and place lime wedge on rim.
