Today’s TIP is how to savor all those fresh HERBS from your garden. Don’t know about you but I love having a HERB GARDEN. These treasures can do so much for anything you prepare! It is a KICK-UP!
If you have some of those old-time ice cube trays, gather them up. Place the herbs in the hole and pour with olive oil to cover. Place in freezer. When frozen, remove from ice tray and place in zip-lock bags and place back in freezer. When you need that herb, just pull out and place in your pot or dish that you are using. NO NEED TO DEFROST THE CUBES!
