WICKED SINFUL CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
CRUST:
1 ½ c. flour
¾ c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
FIRST LAYER:
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8-oz.) container Cool Whip, divided
SECOND LAYER:
1 (3.4-oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (3.4-oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. whole milk
TOPPING:
Chocolate, grated, optional
Chopped pecans, optional
- Preheat oven 325.
- Mix CRUST ingredients together.
- Press mixture into bottom of 9×13” baking dish.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 c. of Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Spread this mixture over cooled crust.
- Chill dish in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Mix the SECOND LAYER ingredients together, following package directions.
- Spread the pudding mixture over cream cheese layer.
- Chill dish in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Top dish with remaining Cool Whip and grated chocolate and chopped pecans.
- Chill dessert for at least 2 hours and serve cold.
