WICKED SINFUL CHOCOLATE DELIGHT

WICKED SINFUL CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
CRUST:
1 ½ c. flour
¾ c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
FIRST LAYER:
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8-oz.) container Cool Whip, divided
SECOND LAYER:
1 (3.4-oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (3.4-oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. whole milk
TOPPING:
Chocolate, grated, optional
Chopped pecans, optional

  1. Preheat oven 325.
  2. Mix CRUST ingredients together.
  3. Press mixture into bottom of 9×13” baking dish.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  5. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 c. of Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  6. Spread this mixture over cooled crust.
  7. Chill dish in freezer for 30 minutes.
  8. Mix the SECOND LAYER ingredients together, following package directions.
  9. Spread the pudding mixture over cream cheese layer.
  10. Chill dish in freezer for 30 minutes.
  11. Top dish with remaining Cool Whip and grated chocolate and chopped pecans.
  12. Chill dessert for at least 2 hours and serve cold.
