FIESTA DIP
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) cream cheese
- 2 T. milk
- 3 T. French dressing
- ⅓ c. catsup
- 2 T. grated onion
- ½ t. salt
- Tabasco to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with a electric mixer.
- Refrigerate.

SPINACH DIP
Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out
- 1 c. Miracle Whip or Mayo
- 2 c. sour cream or greek yogurt
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 (8-oz.) can waterchestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 (1 -5/8 oz.) pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
- Tabasco and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Take the drained and completely dry spinach and mix with all ingredients.
- Season to taste. Chill and serve with fresh veggies or crackers/chips.

THREE CHEESE SPREAD
Ingredients
- 12 oz. bleu cheese, at room temperature
- 10 oz. processed cheddar cheese spread, at room temperature
- 24 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 T. grated onion
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. ground pecans
- ⅓ c. minced parsley
- ¼ to ½ c. miracle whip or mayo
- Tabasco to taste
Instructions
- Mix the cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
- Fold in pecans and parsley.
- Add mayo to get the desired consistency. Add Tabasco to taste.
- Place in container and refrigerate or freeze.
Notes
*****Keeps indefinitely. You can omit the mayo and make a cheese ball, roll in additional pecans and parsley.
