UNIQUE BRUSSELS SPROUT HASH!

1 c. fresh or frozen pearl onions (if frozen, thaw them)
2 T. butter
3 T. extra virgin olive oil
3 T. honey, plus extra to drizzle
1 ½ lbs. thinly sliced Brussels sprouts.
Kosher salt, fresh black pepper
¼-1/2 c. chicken broth or white wine
1. Heat butter, olive oil and honey in a skillet.
2. Add the onions and cook until golden and glazed.
3. Add the Brussels sprouts. Mix well.
4. Season to taste and cook until crispy-tender.
5. Add a little broth or wine to loosen up the mixture.
6. Heat through and drizzle with honey before serving.
