Good Morning Foodies! I have really been enjoying coming up with new ideas for Lenten Dishes. This is probably is easiest thing to do because of so many different seafood selections and the ways to prepare them. You will see in today’s post are these jumbo pasta shells. My daughter, brought them to me and I have been having a grand time thinking of great and fabulous ways to fill them. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have. I think you could probably stuff them with a multitude of things. The other recipe for RATATOUILLE, is also a all time favorite. This dish is great all year long because you just change up the veggies that are seasonal and it is great as a leftover with pasta. LET YOUR IMAGINATION RUN WILD!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great day!
