Good Morning Foodies! I am hoping I got this virus thing fixed. Also, hope you all, got to see the most beautiful moon these past days. Now that the clouds have rolled in, I guess the moonlight is no more. Anyway, it was beautiful! It looks like the ole crawdads are making their way up out of their cubby holes. I love crawfish season. There are so many dishes you can prepare with this little delicacy. Today I posted one of my favorites. I think crawfish is good in any dish you can think of to prepare, except dessert, but then again—I have had crawfish pies that are made with sweet dough. It was yummy! Hope you enjoy the postings.
