Peeps surprised us and booked first class speed train from Florence to Naples. Instead of 5 1/2 hour drive it was reduced to 2 1/2 hours. Quite nice

So today I thought we were meeting a boat person to bring us over to Sorrento to meet our car tour driver But somehow things got confused and we had a 6 hour boat tour of the Amalfi Coast with emphasis on Positano. Those of u who know me I don’t mix well on boats but lo’ and behold it was a most fantastic day and I did not get sea sick. The water is so beautiful and we had lunch at a very small remote hotel (7 rooms). Only access is by boat. Unbelievable people, service, food and wine. Our boat guide is Giovanni. He made the trip magical!
