Ingredients
  • 2 fryers, cut-up, seasoned or you can leave whole
  • ½ c. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ c. apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ c. bottled steak sauce
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 2 T. Tabasco
  • 2 T. sriracha sauce, optional (I like the added kick)
  • ¼ c. honey
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 6-8 baby gold Yukon potatoes or small red potatoes, optional
  • 1 bunch chopped fresh parsley or green onions
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and parsley.
  2. Season chicken and place in baking pan or roasting pan.
  3. Nestle potatoes around chicken.
  4. Pour sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Cover and bake at 400 for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve.
