Teacup's Oven-BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 fryers, cut-up, seasoned or you can leave whole
- ½ c. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ c. apple cider vinegar
- ¼ c. bottled steak sauce
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 c. catsup
- 2 T. Tabasco
- 2 T. sriracha sauce, optional (I like the added kick)
- ¼ c. honey
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 6-8 baby gold Yukon potatoes or small red potatoes, optional
- 1 bunch chopped fresh parsley or green onions
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and parsley.
- Season chicken and place in baking pan or roasting pan.
- Nestle potatoes around chicken.
- Pour sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and bake at 400 for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
- Remove from oven and garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve.
