Tangy Key Lime Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- ½ c. sugar
- 1 t. lime zest
- 2 T. fresh lime juice
- ½ t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
- Lime slices, garnish
Instructions
- Heat oven 350.
- Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer until well blended.
- Add egg, one at a time, mix just until blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Top with Cool Whip just before serving and garnish with lime slice.
