Ingredients
  • 2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 t. lime zest
  • 2 T. fresh lime juice
  • ½ t. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
  • Lime slices, garnish
Instructions
  1. Heat oven 350.
  2. Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer until well blended.
  3. Add egg, one at a time, mix just until blended.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  6. Top with Cool Whip just before serving and garnish with lime slice.
