Good Morning Foodies! I sure hope you Foodies got to be outside and enjoy the most beautiful weather along with that fabulous full moon. What a site!!!! Just a reminder, to those of you who signed up, for the WATTLE CREEK WINE/PAIRING DINNER AT THE STEAMBOAT, tonight. I believe the social hour begins at 6 p.m. and the dinner at 7 p.m. I am so looking forward to this event. I have known Chris and Kristine Williams for over 5 years. They originate from Australia and have their family winery in Sonoma. The Williams spent a weekend with us last fall and fell in love with the area and people. They are looking forward to this gathering, as well. I am sure, Chef Jason and his staff, will create some fabulous dishes tonight, to go with this fabulous wine. I am so looking forward to seeing everyone tonight.

This week’s menus will try to help you get ready for the upcoming MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND and possibly having large groups, for those upcoming GRADUATIONS and other CEREMONIES!!! The chicken dish is one of my mother-in-law’s, RUTH GRACE WILBERT MORROW, most fabulous dishes. My HUBBY really loves this OVEN-BBQ CHICKEN DISH! It is an easy and great dish that you can make for small or large groups. Give it a try!!!

I do plan on posting tomorrow. I cannot guarantee that it will be an early posting because of the wine/dinner tonight. I will also be entertaining the WILLIAMS. I am not sure of their plans but just look for me throughout the day—I WILL BE THERE, I PROMISE!!!
