80 cocktail picks
3 (6-oz.) packages lime or strawberry Jell-O
1 c. tequila
2 T. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 T. triple sec

1. Line a 9×9” baking dish with plastic wrap.
2. Combine Jell-O powder and 2 ½ c. boiling water and stir to dissolve.
3. Add tequila, lime juice and triple sec and stir until well combined.
4. Pour mixture into baking dish and refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.
5. Once Jell-O is set completely, turn out onto a clean surface and peel off plastic wrap.
6. Cut into 1” cubes and serve with cocktail picks.
